Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.

NATIONAL METRO DELIVERY:

Standard Delivery - $14 delivery fee for orders below $99

FREE Delivery for orders over $99

SAME DAY DELIVERY - available Mon-Fri for Metropolitan Melbourne orders placed before 12pm. Charges will be applied in cart for Same Day Delivery based on your location within Metropolitan Melbourne.

REGIONAL VICTORIA DELIVERY:

Deliveries to Regional Victoria and Melbourne Regional will incur a delivery fee which starts at $18.00 AUD (inclusive of GST) and vary based on region. 

Deliveries may arrive whilst the birds a chirping however we'll endeavour to leave your delivery in a safe location without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door.

INTERSTATE DELIVERY (OUTSIDE OF METRO):
(SA/WA/NT/NSW/ACT/TAS/QLD)

Deliveries interstate outside of metro will incur a delivery fee (inclusive of GST) and can vary based on region. 
 

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:

There is no minimum order requirement for our delivery services.

 

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, some orders may be split into multiple shipments. In such cases, items may arrive separately and at different times, depending on logistics and carrier handling.

WEEKEND ORDERS:

Orders placed on a Saturdays & Sundays or Public Holidays will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the unfortunate event that you receive items in a damaged state, you can contact us here to discuss further. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a suitable solution.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

We strive to always maintain stock availability for most items. However, please understand that circumstances beyond our control may impact stock availability.

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Our facility always adheres to rigorous audits and cleaning procedures. We take the utmost care in producing & packing our items, and our facility is HACCP accredited to ensure quality and safety.

 

CLICK & COLLECT:

Click & Collect Location: Foodlabz, 101 Proximity Drive, Sunshine West VIC 3020

Click and Collect is available through our Melbourne distribution centre partners.

The ownness is on the customer to pick up on the day of purchase. Orders will be held for 24 hours, if no collection after 24 hours your order will be deemed forfeited.  Your order will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.

For fresh items, failure to collect will result in disposal, and no refund will be issued.

If a new date has been agreed on for collection, there will be no replacement of perishable stock items in your order to compensate for potential spoilage of the perishable goods packed for dispatch as per your originally nominated date of collection.
No changes can be made to the order at pick up point and no resolutions, refunds or exchanges will be available at the time of collection.
If you cancel your iPantry order on the day of dispatch or collection, you may be liable for a cancellation fee and the charges of any perishable products. Before iPantry processes any such fees or charges, iPantry will provide notice to you of the additional fees or charges payable and make contact you via the details provided at the time of checkout.
